Here's why Congress general secretary Rahul Gandhi will miss the first four days of the winter session of Parliamen. Raul begins his four-day programme in UP.

At 10: 30 am: District worker's meeting at the Govt Inter College Ground, Barabanki

At 12 pm: Interaction with party workers.

At 1:30 pm: Interaction with party workers at Kaisarganj, District Bahraich

At 3 pm: Interaction with party workers at Raja Baundi, Bahraich.

Wednesday:

9:30 am: District workers meeting at Bahraich

11 am: Interaction with party workers at Bahraich

12pm: Interaction with party workers at Bahraich.

2:30 pm: Interaction with party workers at Shravasti district.

Rahul Gandhi's programme for November 24th and 26th will be released later.
