Incidentally, if you haven't been watching the Parliament proceedings on TV, then FYI: Congress President Sonia Gandhi was seen in the Lok Sabha today after staying away from the entire Monsoon Session for treatment for an undisclosed ailment.
Dressed in a bright blue silk saree, Gandhi, who is also UPA chairperson, was seen occupying her alloted seat in the first row as leaders greeted her. Gandhi (64) underwent successful surgery abroad in August.
