Nitish Kumar to set up Lok Ayukta in Bihar

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar today questioned the Centre's decision to sending two drafts of the Lokpal Bill for consideration and demanded that the government be clear before seeking the states' views on the proposed legislation.

Indicating his willingness to set up a Lok Ayukta in Bihar, Kumar also said he will discuss the matter within his party the JD-U and his ally the BJP and invite the Anna Hazare team to Patna on the issue.
