Gambhir declares himself fit for England tour

India's swashbuckling opening batsman Gautam Gambhir, whose injury kept him out of the West Indies tour and who, controversially, played the IPL4 despite knowing about his injury, today declared himself fit for the upcoming England cricket tour.
