Jt Commissioner of police Himanshu Roy and Additional Commissioner of police Deven Bharti have just arrived at the Bombay High Court. The Mumbai crime branch is all set to file the status report in the J Dey murder case.

Sources tell rediff.com that the report which runs into approximately eight pages will be filed in a seal cover.

The court had earlier, asked that the matter be argued by advocate general Ravi Kadam himself because of the case's importance. It also allowed Press Club, Mumbai, and Marathi Patrakar Parishad to intervene in the two PILs, which are demanding that the probe into Dey's killing be handed over to the CBI.
