CBI: Kanimozhi can tamper with evidence

Poor Karunanidhi. Every time his daughter Kanimozhi's bail plea comes up for hearing, he probably feels she'll be out of Tihar jail. But it's not be. The CBI has made a strong case against Kani saying she was in a position to influence the case and tamper with evidence if she was released.

Her defence that she was a woman and had to look after a minor son, cut no ice with, first the trial court, then the high court and now the Supreme Court. She now has to go back to the trial court, which had rejected her bail anyway.
