Reddy brothers demand apology from Lokayukta

Claiming that the allegations against him into the illegal mining scam were untrue, Karnataka Revenue Minister Karunakara Reddy demanded a public apology from Lokayukta, Justice Santosh Hegde, for ''falsely accusing'' him in his report.

"I am deeply condemning this report, and I am asking, requesting him (Hegde) to tell, to ask a public excuse to the people of Karnataka and people of this country," he told a press conference in Bangalore.
