Anders Breivik, who went on a killing spree in Oslo last week, asked his lawyer 'how many people were killed' as a result of his firing and the bomb blast. Breivik's lawyer Geir Lippestad said his client was unaware of the impact of the attack, as he had taken strong drugs before embarking on a rampage, which left at least 86 people dead.

"He is in a war and he believes that when you are in a war you can do things like that without pleading guilty. He also asked me exactly how many people he had killed during the attacks,' Lippestad said.
