Hegde: CM's family got Rs 20 crore for land deal

Justice Hegde says that while probing the case, Rs 10 crore was paid to the CMs family through cheque as a 'donation'. CM's family sold land worth Rs 20 crore to a mining company. This comes under the Prevention of Corruption Act.
