Too early to talk about suicide bombing: ATS

ATS chief Rakesh Maria says it's too early to say whether a human bomb was used, contradicting in a sense what Home Secretary RK Singh said that there was a possibility of a suicide bomber in the blasts after a body was found with wires around it.
