Maria says that prima facie it appears to be a timer device, but investigations by forensic experts are still on. Huge amount of debris has been collected from all the three spots; it's being sifted and results are expected, but will take time for a conclusive opinion, he added.

He reiterates that the ATS/Crime Branch needs time and and based on scientific and forensic evidence results will be out.

Maria is however mum on the exact course of investigation -- who or what organisation will be questioned.
