Says zero tolerance is needed to deal with terror attacks and targets Pakistan, saying "we must rethink our strategy."

Calling the attacks a failure in policy, Advani said Mumbai has become a favourite target for terrorists and the only way to deal with terror is for India to shed its ambivalence towards terrorism. Pakistan must be told to dismantle the infrastructure of terrorism.

He says we can't change the fact that Pakistan is a neighbour and wish it away. The country has a history of aiding terror.
