July 13, 2011  23:27

Onkar Singh reports

Girish Chander Saxena, former governor of Jammu and Kashmir and former chief of the Intelligence Bureau, which is investigating the blasts said that the serial blasts were the handiwork of the ISI whose bosses are trying to flex their muscles to spread terror in India.

"I have little doubt that the incidents in Mumbai and the incidents in Pulwama in Jammu and Kashmir in which three top terrorists including two persons of Pakistan origin and a local Kashmiri militant were killed by the security forces could be linked," he said.
