Milind Deora's 1st priority: Phones in rural areas

Milind Deora today took charge as Minister of State for IT and Communication and said his top priority will be to increase telephony services in rural areas."My first priority as minister will be to increase the telephony services in rural areas and that too, at affordable prices," Deora said.

He further said, "The service offered will have to be affordable, but has to give revenue to the government as well."
