Pres Patil accepts resignations of 7 ministers

It's only a formality, but mandatory before the 13 new ministers take oath of office this evening -- President Pratibha Patil has accepted the resignation of the seven ministers of the Union Cabinet including that of DMK's Dayandhi Maran.
