Third accused guilty of Nitish Katara murder

Just in: A Court has found Sukhdev Pehelwan guiltuy of Nitish Katara's murder. An employee of the Yadav family - (Vikas and his cousin Vishal were found guilty of killing Nitish) Pehelwan had helped the Yadavs. Pehelwan was the third accused in the murder and was tried separately in the case.

The court ruled that Pehelwan who was present in the car had abducted Katara in 2002 and helped the Yadavs destroyed evidence. The three had tried to burn the body, which was found in an unrecognizable condition from Khurja in UP.

The yadavs are serving a life term for the murder.
