PC: Telangana won't lead to law breakdown

On Telangana: We hope the campaign for Telangana will not lead to a breakdown of law and order. We will engage MPs and MLAs who have resigned on the Telangana issue. We are not thinking of President's rule in Andhra Pradesh.

On J-K: We are keeping a vigil on infiltration attempts in J-K. There has been no incident of terror in past six months in country's hinterland. India rejects arguments that prisoners are subjected to torture. There are very many practical difficulties to be resolved in bringing back people from across the line of control.
