New IMF boss bound by strict ethics code

Christine Lagarde, who recently took office as the International Monetary Fund managing director, will be bound by tough ethical rules as the fund tightens its rules following last month's departure of Dominique Strauss-Kahn.  

As part of the contract she will sit in one-on-one sessions with IMF ethics chief Virginia Canter and have it explained to her that the IMF encourages the advancement of women and discourages sexual harassment, bullying or other intimidation.
