Our Correspondent sent in this flash from New Delhi: Lok Sabha Speaker Meira Kumar, made to wait by Congress MPs from Andhra Pradesh who were to meet her and resign their seats in an effort to pressure the Union government over forming Telangana state, left in a huff, leaving the parliamentarians waiting in her chamber and arguing with officials. Last heard, the Speaker continues to remain angry
