TMC's big two conditions for Lokpal Bill nod

Here's what the Trinamool wants from the Lokpal Bill.

It will not allow any tampering with the federal structure
It will move an amendment to the provision in the Lokpal which relates to Lokayuktas. They want the provision to be modified. The party has objection to the provision in the Bill which makes it mandatory for states to set up Lokayuktas.
