In Parliament, much bonhomie after yesterday's Lokpal Bill fireworks. Our Delhi correspondent says that Pranab Mukherjee today greeted Arun Jaitley on his birthday and discussed the political strategies about the Lokpal Bill in the Rajya Sabha
