Lokpal bill may not be tabled in Rajya Sabha today

Good morning. After a day of high drama yesterday, and much to the suprise of naysayers, the Lokpal Bill was tabled yesterday.

The Lokpal papers have now to be introduced in the Rajya Sabha, but before that happens, it needs President Pratibha Patil's signature. Since the president is in Hyderabad right now a special Emissary has been sent for her signature.
