Debate on either Lokpal Bill or Whistleblowers' Bill today

Just in: The President has given her approval of the Lokpal Bill in the wake of the amendments made to it in the Lok Sabha yesterday. It can now be tabled in the Rajya Sabha.

Rajiv Shukla, minister of state for Parliament Affairs says there will be a debate on either the Lokpal Bill or the Whistleblowers' Bill today. Both the bills will be tabled in the RS today.
