BJP confident Lokpal will fail in RS

The BJP today exuded confidence that the Lokpal Bill will not be passed by the Rajya Sabha as the ruling Congress party does not enjoy comfortable majority in the Upper House. "They (Congress) will not be able to muster majority in the House," BJP leader Venkaiah Naidu said outside Parliament House. Refuting the Congress' charge that the BJP has betrayed people on the Lokpal, Naidu made a counter charge saying it is they who betrayed people.
