Bailable arrest warrant against Subramanian Swamy

2G petitioner and Janata Party president Subramanian Swamy has been issued a bailable arrest warrant by the Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum in a case relating to alleged non-repayment of money deposited by an investor in 1986 by a company which he headed then.

The warrant, issued by forum President Padmini Sadheesh yesterday, directed Delhi police to arrest and produce Swamy before the forum on or before April 2, 2012 .
