Advani, Pranab meet before LS convenes

Our Delhi correspondent reporting from Parliament says that Finance minister Pranab Mukherjee went up to senior BJP leader LK Advani before the Lok Sabha session began. Other BJP leaders also spoke to Pranab for a few minutes, by which time the Speaker had arrived.

Out of the 11 rows in the Lok Sabha, six were empty in the Treasury benches, with just six ministers present.
