Anti-Kudankulam Nuclear Power Project activists will observe a fast and hoist black flags atop their houses for three days protesting Prime Minister
Manmohan Singh's visit to Russia. PM is likely to finalise KNPP units-3 and 4 during the visit.

"The PM's visit to discuss units-3 and four while we are protesting against units 1 and 2 is adding insult to injury," S P Udayakumar, Co-ordinator, People's Movement Against Nuclear Energy (PMANE), spearheading the stir, said today. Singh leaves for Moscow tomorrow on a three-day visit where he is expected to sign nine agreement.
