Dewani extradition like death sentence

Update on the Shrien Dewani honeymoon murder case.

Murder suspect Dewani's life will be at risk if he is extradited to South Africa to stand trial, a court heard yesterday. Dewani, who has been detained under the Mental Health Act, would suffer "inhumane and degrading treatment" in prison there and might well commit suicide, his lawyer claimed.
