The Arunachal Pradesh assembly did today, what the Parliament has not --paid tributes to legendary singer Bhupen Hazarika and yesteryear superstar Dev Anand, who died recently.

Speaker Wangling Lowangdong while participating in the obituary references of the duo in the day-long special session of the assembly termed their deaths as "irreparable loss" to the country.
