Don't blame UPA for price rise, NDA no better: Pranab

Reacting to the Opposition's attacks on the UPA over price rise, Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee lashed out at the Right and the Left, and pointed out that there is a difference between rhetoric and reality. "It is wrong to blame the UPA for the price rise. Prices were high even during the NDA's time. And to quote prices from 10 years back is naive. Prices never remain static,' Pranab Mukherjee said while addressing the Rajya Sabha today.
