US welcomes Gilani's view to build US-Pak ties

Welcoming Pakistan Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani's statement that he would like to rebuild ties with Washington, the US has said it is "committed" to
addressing the issues and moving forward. Gilani's comments came as US-Pak relations hit an all time low after November 26 NATO air strike that killed 24 Pakistani soldiers.
