Jaitley: Why didn't governor consult CM on Lokayuk

In the Rajya Sabha, BJP's Arun Jaitley wants to know why the Gujarat governor did not consult CM Narendra Modi while appointing the Lokayukta. Jaitley says the governor has no right to continue and should resign.

Lok Sabha adjourns till 2 pm over the issue.
