Bhushan: Make Lokpal constitutional body today!

Shanti Bhushan responds to Rahul's speech:

"It is the duty of a elected representative to listen to the voters. The question of this movement being detrimental to democracy is not accurate. I support Rahul Gandhi's suggestion that the Lokpal be made a constitutional body, but it must be done today.

"It is completely possible for Parliament to pass a constitutional amendment to be passed in 24 hours. It has been done before."
