Latest on the Anna Hazare stalemate. The government says it is open to a reasonable debate on the issue, but Anna says he will only talk to the PMO, Rahul Gandhi (who, strangely enough, hasn't spoken a word on the issue) or Maharashtra CM Prithviraj Chavan. Anna also says his team is flexible to the idea that the higher judiciary should not be part of the Bill, but strong judicial accountability is needed if the judiciary is out of the purview of the bill.
