On hospital bed in court, Mubarak denies charges

In a scene that Egyptians could have never imagined, ousted president Hosni Mubarak, lying on a hospital bed inside a cage of mesh and iron bars in a Cairo courtroom, deined all charges of corruption. He has also been charged with complicity in killing protesters during Egypt's uprising. The scene, shown live on Egypt's state TV, was Egyptians' first look at the 83-year-old since February 10, the day before his fall when he gave a defiant speech refusing to resign. Read
