BJP's Amit Malviya booked over tweet against Rahul

The Karnataka police on Wednesday registered an FIR against Bharatiya Janata Party's IT cell chief Amit Malviya over his tweet against Congress leader Rahul Gandhi.
Bengaluru's High Grounds police registered the case against Malviya under Sections 153A 120b 505(2) and 34 of the IPC following complaint by Congress leader Ramesh Babu.
