Karnataka ex-CM SM Krishna hospitalised

Karnataka's former chief minister SM Krishna has been admitted to a hospital in Bengaluru after he developed acute respiratory tract infection.
Krishna is on minimal respiratory support and in a cheerful frame of mind, said Manipal Hospital, where he has been admitted on Sunday morning.
"His health status is being monitored by state health minister Dr K Sudhakar," said the hospital authorities. -- ANI
