Cong prez polls: Tharoor to file papers on Sep 30

Senior Congress leader and Kerala MP Shashi Tharoor will file nomination for the post of party president on September 30, said sources on Sunday.
Tharoor is approaching delegates from various states soon.
He has taken 5 sets of nomination papers, for which he will need 50 delegates as proposers for his candidature. -- ANI
