'PM-CARES stands apart from Indian laws'

On a day when the government has submitted before the Supreme Court that PM-CARES fund is not a government fund, it is instructive what Delhi-based lawyer Divyam Nandrajog wrote on the fund in article14.com last year. 

'To be eligible for foreign money, an entity must be active for three years, and there must be no cases pending against any trustee. The PM CARES Fund fails on both counts. The Fund has also not, despite govt claims, disclosed donors and donations, as the law requires, she said, here.
