The Congress leaders were in touch with leaders of many opposition parties for joining them in the boycott, sources said, adding the DMK, the Shiv Sena, the RSP, the NCP, the SP, the TMC, the CPI, the CPI-M, the RJD, the JMM, the IUML are likely to join hands and give the event a miss. -- PTI
