BSE Sensex ends 536 points lower

Extending its losing streak to the fifth straight session, equity benchmark Sensex plunged 536 points on Thursday.
The 30-share BSE index ended 535.57 points or 1.13 per cent lower at 46,874.36 (graphic alongside).
Similarly, the broader NSE Nifty fell 149.95 points or 1.07 per cent to 13,817.55.
