Lakhimpur violence pre-planned conspiracy: SIT

The Special Investigations Team (SIT) probing the Lakhimpur Kheri violence says the incident was a "pre-planned conspiracy" which led to the death of five people and left several injured.
Union Minister Ajay Mishra's son Ashish, who is in jail, is the main accused.
The charges against Ashish Mishra should be modified, cops investigating the case have written to a judge.
Ashish Mishra and others are already facing murder and conspiracy charges. The Special Investigation Team wants "attempt to murder" and other charges added.
