BJP MLA Ashish Shelar needs a special mention for being thoughtful. The MLA from Bandra, Mumbai, has been distributing Diwali goodies, 'farsan', as Mumbaikars know it, to homes which have lost a family member during the lockdown and therefore will not be celebrating Diwali.
