An MD 11 aircraft operated by FedEx overshot the Mumbai airport runway today by nine metres, reports the Times of India. The aircraft was flying in from Bengaluru and was landing on the secondary runway in Mumbai airport amid high-speed wind and rain. Luckily there was no damage to either the aircraft or the airport infrastructure, the report added.
