Uproar in Maharashtra Assembly after BJP alleges that the special session was not convened as per rules. 

However, the pro-tem Speaker Dilip Walse Patil rejects all the objections made by former CM Devendra Fadnavis about the norms being followed to hold the session. 

He also orders the beginning of the floor test.
