Two Hizb-ul-Mujahideen terrorists killed in encounter with security forces yesterday in Pulwama. Irfan Naira was close associate of Riyaz Naikoo. A category 'A' terrorist, he was active since 2016. Another terrorist Irfan Rather was active since 2017. They'd attacked Army, CRPF & JKP patrol parties.
