Lieutenant General Rajesh Pant (retd) will be India's new Cyber Security Chief from April 1.

Gulshan Rai, the country's first National Cyber Security Coordinator, retires after a long innings.

General Pant has already joined as Officer on Special Duty at the NSCS.
