Delhi, routinely suffering from air pollution accompanied by thick fog caused by vehicular exhaust and coal burning, witnessed yet another bad day on Friday. Owing to the low visibility, at least 10 trains were delayed in the morning after the minimum temperature settled at 7 Degrees Celsius.
