Passage of quota bill by Parliament is victory of social justice: PM

Prime Minister Narendra Modi hailed the decision of the Rajya Sabha to pass the bill providing 10 per cent quota to the economically weaker sections in the general category.
Shortly after the Upper House passed the bill with 165 voting in favour of it, Modi said, "Passage of quota bill by Parliament is victory of social justice."
He added, "Delighted that Rajya Sabha has passed quota bill, it ensures wider canvas for country's 'Yuva Shakti' to showcase their prowess."
