Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has congratulated Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan on the speech he delivered in the parliament to stress his message for peace.

In a telephonic conversation with Khan, the Turkish president also lauded the premier's "statesman-like offers to India for de-escalating the situation and working towards peace", according to the PTI.
